Our History
In 2004, Target opened its first headquarters in Ontario, Canada, and our main objective ever since has been to simplify the process of immigration and assist with filing Canadian immigration application and gathering documents with the highest degree of accuracy.
Over the past decade, we have been successful in achieving our objective, and our large clientele that has relocated to Canada to start their new lives can attest to that.
Our agency is licensed by The College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC), which gives us the legal authority to provide assistance with the immigration process, so you can rest assured that your future is in very capable hands.
Licensure
Our agency is licensed by the Regulated Immigration Consultants for Canada (RCIC).
RCIC is the national regulatory body designated by the government of Canada to regulate Canadian immigration, citizenship and international student advising services.
The organization aims to be an effective, fair, and transparent regulator of Canadian immigration services. RCIC is aiming to be a role model for other regulatory bodies in its regulation of the profession, management of the organization, and protection of consumers, the RCIC aspires to set a high standard for regulatory bodies.

Our Consultants are members of The Canadian Association of Professional Immigration Consultants (CAPIC)
CAPIC is the professional organization for immigration and citizenship consultants, that is established as a federally chartered, non-profit immigration practitioner organization. The charter includes the right to issue the designation of Licensed Member – L.M.A.I.C. With more than 2000 members, CAPIC is not only the largest but also the only existing non-profit association for Canadian immigration consultants. They continue to grow and evolve as a direct response to dynamic changes within the immigration consulting industry.
